Chiesa di San Biagio
The beams were quickly saved from an attack of woodworm.

An inscribed stone in the presbytery might suggest a precise date, but the first certain official mention is from 1281. The church became a chaplaincy in 1442 and a curate's primissaria in 1448. The bell tower dates from the first half of the sixteenth century, and a few years later the building was almost completely rebuilt; in 1572 it obtained the baptismal font and, once the work on the structures was finished, it was consecrated with a solemn ceremony. It was in this church that the parchment of 1128 naming the pieve of Tassullo was found, the pieve on which San Biagio depended.
Before 1700 a fire damaged it and the roof had to be rebuilt; with the new century it obtained the status of curazia, a suffragan precisely of the pieve of Tassullo, and in the twentieth century it became a parish.
From 1949 to 2010 very extensive renovation work went on: the demolition of the previous building and its reconstruction, the restoration of the original bell tower, the repositioning in the new building of some finds removed during the demolition, and the consolidation of the structures. The wooden beams required urgent intervention, to stop a dangerous attack by wood-boring insects.
