It stands in the hamlet of Pez and is the oldest church in Cles: it dates from the 12th century and already appears in December 1191, in a deed by which Conrad II, Bishop of Trento, invests two brothers with properties located next to the apse of the chapel of San Vigilio.
It preserves 14th-century frescoes by Giovanni da Volpino, the same hand to which the fragments on the parish church of Magras are attributed. The portal is Renaissance, the roof has steep pitches covered with wooden shingles, and the spired bell tower is partly set into the walls at the level of the presbytery.
