Bait del Pastor (del Batista)
Bivouac at 2,102 metres below the summit of Monte Luco, on SAT path O133 «Aldo Bonacossa».
The Bait del Pastor, which the provincial land register also records as «del Batista», is a bivouac at 2,102 metres in the territory of Borgo d'Anaunia, about one kilometre south-west of the summit of Monte Luco (2,434 m). Monte Luco is the north-eastern end of the Maddalene range, on the watershed between the upper Val di Non and the Val d'Ultimo. The bivouac stands on the route of SAT path O133 «Aldo Bonacossa», the traverse of the Maddalene some forty kilometres long, which begins right on the southern ridge of Monte Luco.
