Giardino botanico di Olga Casanova

The giardino dei Mezoi is the botanical park of the Olga Casanova organic farm, which grows alpine plants and flowers in the Val di Peio for cosmetics, essential oils and herbal teas. It is in the locality of Mezzoli, along the strada del Fontanino, inside the Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Among the rows of edelweiss, arnica, gentian and officinal plants you come across dozens of alpine species, mostly native, each with a sign describing it, and a sensory trail called Giardino dei Sensi. The crops are certified organic by ICEA.
